Anchors

100% anchor bolt location templates with every form guarantees the correct size, correct location, and correct depth on all MK series foundations to 8” slab thickness.

MK5 Shallow anchor design is based on the bolt located between at least 1 upper beam bar and lower than the slab grid bars at center line slab thickness, surrounded by high yield post-tension bar.

Extra heavy anchors used on the MK10 and MK12 foundations use an 8” square steel plate holding 4 anchor rods sitting on top of the bottom beam bars held in place with the anchor bolt location template.

Extreme uplift calls for slab hooks over the anchor area.
